package munge 0.5.11-3 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

"munge" is a dependency of slurm-client, this bug appeared when trying to install slurm. The command to reproduce this bug on ubuntu 16.04 is "sudo apt install slurm-client".
