Bug Description

When trying to compile ecap sample adapters on Ubuntu 14.04 with g++ version 4.8.4, I run into compilation problem: the 'sleep' functions was not declared.

The suggested fix is to add '#include <unistd.h>' statement.

I am attaching the committed fix (which is slightly more portable than the proposed one).

Could you release a new version of the sample or at least publish a development repository?

Both should be done, but I cannot promise a specific release/publication date due to persistent overload.
