Printing does not work - gives message done, but no printing

Bug Description
Whatever I select to print, document or test page, message says done, no printing occurs.
Everything works in Windows, just not in Ubuntu 14.04
At first attempt, gave a Ubuntu system error, but later as above.

I gave up, reinstalled the previous version, now all is well.
Everything works fine with HPLIP-3.15.6, printing does not work with HPLIP-3.15.7.
NOTHING changed except the version of HPLIP.
