Remove the animals out of the Barbarian directory

Bug Description

In the Barbarians directory, there are two animals: deer and wildboar. The gamekeeper can create them.
In the world folder, no wildboar is defined. The Barbarian deer is the same as the world's stag (the world's deer is different). I suggest to remove the deer and to move the wildboar to the world (it should then be accessible in the editor).
BTW: Is there a reason why the gamekeeper can only create those three animals (sheep, deer, and wildboar)?

I will look into this, but I do not have time right now.
Please note that I tagged this bug with "conffiles" because it can be fixed by only touching the conf files and not the (actual) code. If you see other bug reports where this applies, please tag them, too.

The idea of having the animals in the tribe directory was that the tribes are independant of the world they are played on. Now that we only have one world that seems not really necessary anymore and I agree that this is a good change.

I am not sure if it will not need some code changes though - It might be that a gamekeeper can only create animals from his tribe.
