Armor smithy listed twice in list of Empire buildings

Bug Description

See https://wl.widelands.org/encyclopedia/empire/buildings/ in the section medium buildings.
The armor smithy appears twice with different building costs and the entries point to two different articles (armoursmithy vs. armorsmithy, spelling ou/o is different). Please remove the wrong entry (the one with three stones) and the page it is linking to.

The training camp (and other buildings that have been renamed probably, too) also appears twice. But both building costs are wrong (in the article, they are correct). Where does the list take its information from?

The list has not been updated since ships where introduced into the game and broke the conf file parsing. I am inclined to remove this part of the site completely and hope that we get a good help system into the game before b19.

A good help system in-game is of course desirable because it is the place where most players need it. But sometimes it is also necessary to have these information outside of the game (e.g. when I have to change some conf files or the like).

The problem is manpower - if I fix the homepage, I cannot advance the ingame help in the meantime... Volunteers?

The enceclopedia is basically deprecated. The in-game help will supeseed it.
