Bug Description

See in https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/mir-clang-utopic-amd64-build/752/console and others and can reproduce locally with clang.

Fix for bug 1335311 also seems to resolve this bug, so this may be a duplicate. Investigating further.

I can replicate with:

bin/mir_integration_tests --gtest_filter=SurfaceStackCompositor.* --gtest_repeat=1000 --gtest_break_on_failure

I also confirm fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1335311 seems to resolve it.
