Multiple paragraphs in DOAP project description field

Bug Description
1. Go to https:/
(replace 'gtimelog' with a project of your choosing)
2. Observe the Description field in the form. It says "The product description, may be several paragraphs of text, giving the product highlights and details."
3. Try to enter several paragraphs of text by separating the paragraphs by multiple blank lines.
Notice that your text appears as one paragraph in the project page.
Expected result: several paragraphs on the project page.
