Bug Description

Hello,

The Netbeans Ubuntu Package hasn't been updated in over a year and is far behind the upstream one. I'd be happy to help if anybody tells me what should be done.

Also, quick question: Why is the ubuntu package that has been released different from the version of the code that is in the trusty branch of netbeans?
