Bug Description
Add zoom functionality to the presentation view, i.e. as with rotation or color inversion, use keyboard commands to the change the default zoom-to-fit to any other scale mode and/or factor and find out whether the default scrolling behaviour would be sufficient in this case.

Hello again,
just committed trunk revision 1408 which adds zoom functionality to the presentation view with the keyboard shortcuts being the default ones from the main window. Please test and report. (The daily debs will be updated soon.)
However, I feel the usefulness of this is limited, since most interactions that are used for scrolling are unusable in the presentation view and hence the only way to pan is to grab-to-scroll using the mouse. IMHO, these limitations can't be overcome without disrupting the main functionality of the presentation view. Hence the fullscreen mode with hidden tool bars still seems better suited for heavy reading.
Best regards, Adam.
