Bug Description
Currently dilys always spits out a link to a dogfood bug, even when the bug was filed in production. She should be hacked (because we don't yet have a proper absolute URL mechanism that I'm aware of) to provide a prod link for bugs filed on prod and a dogfood link for bugs filed on dogfood.
