Please backport fasttree 2.1.4-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.
Reason for the backport:

fasttree is a bioinformatic software that produces phylogenetic trees from nucleotide and protein alignments.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
