Bug Description
There should be some way to contact other translators. By voluntary registered email-address, maybe (the easiest alternative)? A choice in "My preferences" whether to show my email address or not, would work fine, and then the email address beside the translators name on a translated package.

Well, you can see a user's email address on their personal page, and Carlos is working on code to let you see who did which translations, so together I think this should fix the problem.
