Please mark alsa-base as Multi-Arch: foreign

I believe this change is already in the packaging branches for raring. I'll post debdiffs for quantal and precise SRUs soon.

Accepted alsa-driver into precise-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/1.0.25+dfsg-0ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
