Bug Description

related to Bug #648174 this adds the option in the preferences UI.

patch already attached.. just needs someone to test and if approved, commit.

'insaner-648174-docklabels-2.diff' with r12015 on OS X 10.7.4 (GTK+/Quartz 2.24.15 (git)):
AFAICT works as expected

Not yet tested with experimental GTK3 build (which uses external GDL).

Tested successfully on Debian testing, Inkscape trunk revision 12025 (gtk2 and gtk3 builds).

GTK3 builds on OS X 10.7.4 (GTK+/X11 3.4.4, GTK+/Quartz 3.6.4) are also ok, and support the various dock options as expected.
