Bug Description
The branch https:/
imports from
https:/
But while that last revision in LP is no. 1916 on 2012-09-30
Github has new code:
Oct 27, 2012
https:/
This is not imported.
What could be the cause?

I've only seen this on GitHub HTTP imports. A workaround is to use git:// rather than http://.
