Bug Description
When I place the Cd on the laptop, and boot from it, in a point it will say that it wasn't able to start X, and it will them leave me a screen with a blinking cursor. Nithing can be entered or type. The only key combination that works is the CRTL+ALT+DEL, that does a shutdown.
No matter if I use the normal or the "save mode", the results are the same .

I'm trying with the Ubuntu Desktop CD, Feisty Beta 7.04
With edgy, I have the same results, exept that a shell can be obtained later (and I'm able to reconfigure and startx)
Hi, note that you can try the alternate CD if this issue is preventing you from installing.
