Cannot delete or save a mash (os: Windows 8)

Asked by Phillip Payne

When I initially installed Brewtarget (June 2013) I created a mash. After working with the mash, I saved it. However, instead of saving the mash I first created, it saved another one with the same name. This continued each time I saved the mash, and I now have nine mashes with the same name along with the default "Single Step". I would like to be able to delete these extra mashes, but I cannot. If this is not possible, I would like to be able to save these mashes or re-name them as I see fit. Is there a "threshold" as to the number of mashes that can be created? My work-around is to use one of the existing mashes and "tweak" it as necessary and hit save upon exiting Brewtarget. When I re-open Brewtarget that mash is still in place; however if I choose one of the others and go back to the one I had just saved, it is back to the unsaved state. Please advise and my OS is Windows 8.
