I would like to know if BOSS operating system is open source?

If BOSS Linux is really open source, Can someone please provide a link to the sources?

From what I know if a distro is based on GPL based Debian and if the sources aren't provided openly and publicly, then distributing CDs or downloads from website is considered illegal.

The structure of the downloadable packages follow the debian package system, so it shouldn't be too hard to retrieve the sources.
