Is uploading system information still opt-out?

Hi there,

I once used boot repair a long time ago. Back then, it automatically uploaded system information without asking me first. Is this still an opt-out thing rather than opt-in?

To comply with GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act, this should almost definitely be an opt-in feature, depending on what information is reported.
