glade file

I use glade-3.6.7-1ubuntu1, there's a reason why the glade file cannot be open by it?
It exit with this error
Following required catalog not available: gnome, gnome.

I have in mind to add a dialog ( or something like that ) for choosing an author for a post in Wordpress.
