search inside thte translation template

hi,
thank you all for uploading the Blender translation template to here.
is there a way to search inside the template? I mean, If I want to translate a spesific button is there a way not to look for it through the whole 4060 buttons?
I also don't really understand how all this system works.. what is breezy, what is malone etc etc. is there a place with a description of all this like for dummies?
