Hi James,

Do you mean you are having a problem an error message in Thunderbird that the start page is not loading?

Hi Andrew

When I open Thunderbird It opens in the email page where I can click on
either my hotmail or gmail accounts.

But no start page so I have no way of sorting folders address books etc.

I am not very computer literate so may made errors when it was first loaded.

Did you used to have a working start page? Did the start page suddenly break?

Hi Andrew

No have never had a start page, unless it was there when I first loaded
Thunderbird but have no recollection of seeing it.

Alan,

I am sorry to hear about your trouble, but it seems this problem with Thunderbird is not related to BleachBit. My suggestion is to seek help from the Thunderbird community at a resource such as these
