Where to upload cleaners confusion?

I wrote two cleaners: One for Eshell's command history (Emacs Shell) and one for the Mozilla Gnash plugin. I remember reading about community cleaners. Could someone elaborate "Community cleaners"? This confuses me with uploading the cleaners.

In case you haven't read it, there is a document "How to contribute a cleaner"

Right now uploading them to the bug tracker or forum is a decent plan. This generally allows users to find them through Google searches, etc.

Originally I planned to have more time to review each cleaner and make them part of the BleachBit distribution, but this proved to be too much against other responsibilities. In the future, maybe after version 1.0, I very much hope to address this problem in a new way.

Can you help with this problem?
