Script to clean multiple users on Windows 7

Can you write script fo Bleach to clean other users folders on any computer? If you can know, how? I have 3 users on my Win 7. How without installing in other users, clean or bleach ?

I'm not sure, but you may be able to do this

e.g.
runas /user:bob bleachbit.exe --clean firefox.vacuum
