how do I register computer in karmic

When I login there is no page that asks for to register this computer(64bit system). I did get the page when I logged in from my other machine(32 bit system) however. There is also results in a connection problem.(I assume it is related)

Computers are registered the same way on 64bit than on 32bit, so there might be some problem on the 64bit machine preventing it from registering. Can't you login to one.ubuntu.com at all?

logging in is no problem but there is no option to add this machine just to see the machine list containing my other machine.

Not sure what happened but after an update and restart all is well. Thank you for your help.
