Title Bars

Hi guys, my beryl has gone funny. any kind of terminal goes completely white, and all other applications lose their title bar (the bar most people use to drag the window around. also has the window name in it).

can someone please help me. I do like beryl, but if I dont get this fixed Im not going to be able to use it anymore

I had the same problem as you with the missing title bars although I didn't experiance the, "terminal goes completely white," problem.

The way I fixed the missing title bar problem was as follows:

*Right click on Beryl Manager (located on the KDE panel)
*Select 'Advanced Beryl Options'
*Set 'Rendering Path' to 'Copy'

After I did that my title bars reappeared.

Remember that another cause for the title bar to vanish is due to loading a theme and then removing the theme without selecting another theme to replace it.
