can I get beat box on debian?

hi, I notice about beat box by a friend, so amazing, is great to see a itunes-like software in linux, and I wish to know how to make it work on debian. how can I do it

install all the dependencies and then install beatbox

Simply enable the experimental repositories and follow the instructions. There are lots of missing packages you'll need to add, so take your time. I had a successful build on my LMDE, it's great! But actually slightly slower than Rhythmbox.
