Beat-Box will support the sync with iPods?

Today i tryed BeatBox and when i connected my ipod touch it doesen't work. Reading the source code i have not seen some tracks of integration of libgpod and libimobiledevice.
In a future BeatBox will support iPods with libgpod and libimobiledevice?
