Can Basenji extract file info from zip files?

In order to efficiently store files on a backup DVD, I first copy all files in a folder into folder.zip files.
If I wanted to find a particular file on a backup disk, could I use Basenji for that?

Currently Basenji extracts the filenames from archives but it does not support searching for them.
I'll adapt the searching bits within the next few days. Please turn this question into a bugreport ("create bugreport" button) so we can track progress.
