does this work with win 7, how start

Tried to run ,comes back saying basenij has stopped woking

The Gtk# installer available at the mono homepage is broken.
Please uninstall Gtk# and install the one that is included in the Basenji download available here: https://launchpad.net/basenji/+download
Please reboot after installation.
