Banshee Remote Plugin

Hi im new to ubuntu so please excuse my naivety here but after ive downloaded the file how to I get it moved to ''/usr/lib/banshee-1/Extensions''? The file is sat in the downloads folder and when I tried to move it manually by opening up the path on windows it said permission denied! Is there some line I can copy and paste into the terminal to move this?

Solved with by putting the extention on the desktop and using this in the terminal-

sudo mv Desktop/BansheeRemoteListener.dll /usr//lib/banshee/Extensions/
