Backintime fails with error 'import keyring failed'

Asked by Vince Radice

I am running Fedora 21 64 bit and KDE 4 as desktop.
I am trying to use BIT for backup. I noticed that it was not backing up anything.
I found the following messages:

I did some looking and several packages were recommended .
python-keyring , gnome-keyring ,and python-gnomekeyring.
These are all installed. The following are also installed:
backintime-common 1.0.36.fc21
backintime-gnome 1.0.36.fc21
backintime-kde 1.0.36.fc21
backintime-notify 1.0.36.fc21

How can I determine what is missing?

Thank you.

Please remove backintime-gnome. I'm not sure at them moment but it could be that both Gnome and KDE GUI at the same time can disturb this

I am not sure what I did but it is now working. It has run successfully for the last 3 days.

I did not remove backintime-gnome. I checked back in YUM and did not install,update/remove anything related to backintime.
