Will using multiple external disks with the same job cause problems?

I have two external drives which I want to use with a single BiT profile.
I want to always keep one of the drives offsite, and rotate the drive in use.
Will this cause any problems when using BiT?
The drives both mount to the same path and have the same folder structure.

That should work. Only problem that I could imagine is that you'll never know on which drive is the snapshot that you need to get back to a certain version. Maybe you could use one drive for daily snapshot and the other once a week to minimize confusion.

Thanks for your answer.

I have used BiT for about a year or so already, and I haven't had the need to fetch a specific version of a file yet, so I think having to look in both drives for a snapshot with the date I am looking shouldn't pose a big problem.
