Can't connect to gnomekeyring to save password

I cannot change any settings. I always get the error: "Can't connect to gnomekeyring to save password"

I have installed version 1.0.22 along with python2-keyring, gnome-keyring and python2-gnomekeyring on Arch Linux

What is missing?

If this is with Backintime running as root this is probably the same as Bug #1162299. Please use the workaround I suggested in comment #1
