Ayat : the desktop version of the KSU Holy Quran project

which is the last version of Ayat?

The last version listed in launchpad Ayat page is 1.2 but the last version that is present on http://quran.ksu.edu.sa/ayat/ is 1.4, so I have a question why these two last version?
