cant install applets

i installed a theme that was supposed to contain applets, and i find the applets category empty. i tried using the theme decompressed, and also it's compressed version, but nothing works. i am under ubuntu gnome 9.10. i have'nt reallly looked my problem on the internet.

after revewing synaptic packages, i found some missing, plus i rebooted my computer, now it works perfectly fine.

As a side note, themes cannot contain applets - we have separate packages for applets and different ones for themes.
