Taskbar mixes up launchers and tasks

Asked by erenon

Hi, i'm using "Avant Window Navigator 0.3.9-rewrite-bzr1595-jaunty1-1".
I have a taskmanager plugin, that manages both launchers and tasks (other running programs). The problem is, it mixes up the launchers and the tasks. Normally, it shoulds look like this:
[L] [L] [L] [L] | [T] [T] [T] [T] [T] [T]

But it mixes up:
[T] [L] [T] [T] [L] [T] [L] [T] [T] [T]
(And I can't see the separator as well)

How could i prevent this?

Though I'm not absolutely sure that this is what you are experiencing, I suspect what you're seeing is the Launcher taking over management of the task after launching. In other words the 2nd Launcher in the first example matches the 2nd task in the second example. If this is the case, it is expected behaviour. If you'd like to modify this behaviour then you can set Matching Strength under Awn-settings/advanced/taskmanagers to 0... This will have the side effect of disabling grouping.

If this is not what you are experiencing please indicate so, screenshot/screencast would also be useful.

Can you help with this problem?
