Usually, people implement blueprints by coding the feature in a separate branch, then submitting a merge request on Launchpad so that the developers can review the code.

In this particular case, it has already been implemented and will soon be available for widespread user testing in the Awn Testing PPA.

Ow... Does it mean that the reason i can't change the awn position for now is because it's not yet available for user?
Before, i think that i must implement the blueprint by my self... How stupid i am... lol

We now have packages of Awn 0.3.9 available in our testing PPA, if you're brave, you can join our beta testers > http://wiki.awn-project.org/DistributionGuides#Testing_Package_Archive

I would really love to join the beta testers, but I use fedora 11. Does the beta available for Fedora 11 too?
