Get AWN to work with Nvidia Twinview

Has anyone ever gotten AWN to work with NVidia twin view and two monitors? It currently opens on the bottom of the top monitor, instead of monitor for the bottom monitor. I was thinking I might be able to change the monitor number in the gconf or something. any ideas?
