AWN goes stale

AWN goes stale after using it for a while and needs restarting but it will hide and pop up just fine after restarting it and then it will go stale again after a while. How can I get it to be working all the time and just hide away and pop up properly?

Could you explain what you mean by "stale"? Does this mean that it freezes when autohide support is turned on and the dock is hidden?

By "freezes", I mean that it does not reappear when you try to re-show the dock.

By stale I mean that the dock does not re-show and therefore needs restarting at the applications menu in order to access running programs. Auto-hide is on.

The implementation of autohide in 0.3.x is rather buggy. It has been rewritten in the 0.4.x series, the first release of which will be around August.
