Launcher loses its icon after rebooting the os

Heya
I just upgraded my AWN (my last version was very old) and now I've got a weird problem. I'm adding my shortcuts over the properties of AWN by clicking on "add" in the launcher tab. The command for the shortcut I get by typing "whereis ..." in the terminal. So then I've got the launcher, but there isn't an icon, so I choose one. Everything seems perfectly, but when I restart my os, the icon get lost :-(! Does anyone now, what I'm doing wrong?
