File Browser Launcher Eject Unmounts instead of ejecting

The main page says AWN is once again maintained. Unfortunately, going github appears to it have the same version, and all the links come right back here. But, I'm hopeful.

Avant Window Navigator 0.4.2
Xubuntu Trusty (Thunar file manager)

Click on the applet > pops up the shortcuts
Mounted media has an eject symbol
Click the eject symbol > eject symbol disappears
The volume is unmounted, but not ejected

Is there a new PPA for AWN?
I believe I got the applet from the awn-extras repo package; is there a separate PPA for that or for the applet specifically?
