Default Monitor

Sorry if this is a double, but the other answers I see seem to say it'll be in a future release, but from years ago. How do I change which monitor AWN shows on when running dual monitors? I have my dual monitor set up the only way I know how: 'xrandr --output HDMI-1 --left-of DVI-I-1'. I've tried fiddling with '--primary', and looked through the settings and google to no avail. Thanks.
