Very new to ubuntu, how do i install Avant?

Well, the installing help was to confusing for me...
And im in a xgl session with my desktop effects on.

A link to a website with full step by step would be fine!

Ok, im stuck..
I can't do anything until someone tells me how to do this:

Well, i exited out of the terminal when i did step 2 on the secound part… And it was half way done loading, and now when i type it in the terminal, it says: bzr: ERROR: Target directory “awn-extras” already exists.

What should i do???
Do i unistall that part and install it, if yes, how???

What was the "installing help" you're referring to? Is it the link in your second post?

Given your novice status as a Linux/Ubuntu user, I would suggest the following:
1. Undo any changes you made with the guide that you found from phorolinux.com
2. Use this visual guide to install Awn: http://wiki.awn-project.org/index.php?title=A_Visual_Install_Guide#Ubuntu

What you should do is follow the steps I outlined in my last posting. Here's a reminder of what they were:

i got it, i had to re-install ubuntu of some other reson, and i just install a xgl session and did what you told me to do but not step 1!
