Programs not showing in dock

I just updated Awn and, yes, I have the Launcher/Task Manager applet activated. But no icon is showing, apart the dock preferences and an only launcher I added before.
My version is:
Avant Window Navigator 0.4.1-rewrite-bzr778+201011111502

Hello Paolo,

I was having a simlar issue, and it ends up that there is a new version out, make sure to be runing Avant Window Navigator 0.4.1-rewrite-bzr781+201011132040. For me it solved the bug.

Just sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade if you are using the ppa =)
