Ubuntu Indicator applets and AWN

Is there a way to get Ubuntu 10.04 Indicator Applets working with AWN? The Notification area applet works great but only with the old style notifications. Is there any way of including the new indicator applets in that area or elsewhere on the AWN panel?

No, currently we don't have any applet for that. Feel free to write one! ;)
