Is it possible to have several docks?

I am trying to achieve this.

Gray areas = docks

I have tried playing around with expanders, but size of systray isn't always same so those launcher icons isn't always center of dock, that is annoying.

Actually, it is possible, but we don't have any configuration UI for it yet (targeted for 0.4.2).

You can add more docks via Dock Preferences (awn-settings) in 0.4.1. For Ubuntu: you need to uninstall all 0.4.0 packages first and then install testing PPA (https://launchpad.net/~awn-testing/+archive/ppa)
