no bouncing icons while hovering

Is it possible to include an option to not bounce the icons while hovering over the dock? Just the application name would be fine...
Also nice would be if the apps don't launch on click, better would be on release.

If you set the icon effects to "Custom", you can specify that the effect for "hover" be "None".

I believe your second point is fixed in the 0.4 series.
