apAuthLocalUserPlugin.The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

I add apAuthLocalUserPlugin to authpuppy project.When i add a localuser, web server returns "500 Internal Server Error".According to similar questions' answers, I still can't configurate email server correctly.I need detail config steps, can you help me?

first, config email server.
second, install apAuthLocalUserPlugin and apAuthSplashOnlyPlugin plugins, my problem is caused by not installing later.

I am stuck with this problem i haven't fixed it.
I have configured my email server and installed apAuthLocalUserPlugin and apAuthSplashOnlyPlugin plugins.

Can you share your solution here ?
