Facebook Integration

Asked by Bassam KA

Greetings from Syria!

I was able to get Facebook Integration with WiFi dog

You can test it here but you will get URI error since you are not sending the link from the router itself

http://bspot.hd-wallz.com/login/

The process is very long.

Basically, get the apAuthFacebookPlugin & apPluginManagerPlugin from the repo.

I can provide my own edited files if someone wants.
I am now working on getting opengraph to work, like "Auto Check-In when user logs using my Facebook App"
If someone can help, also please welcome.

you must have used apProxy plugin. Is it working fine as expected? because i was getting error because of no https used in it.

the problem is not the https, i dont know it wasnt functioning correctly, due to changes by facebook after the plugin was written.

i was able to overcome these problem by using m.facebook.com

The id for the users is the token.
how can we get the data from facebook (such as email) and drop it to the database?

you need to add proper links to apProxy which facebook uses while requesting for user data using Graph-API. Url's given in facebook plugins are obsolete . you need to replace it with latest one.

Can you help with this problem?
